Numismatic Gallery

On the Second floor there is a gallery of Cultural anthropology and Numismatics. In numismatic gallery the coins of ancient and medieval periods are exhibited in the chronological order. Coins are important source of history and a contemporary upon the political, economic and social aspects of the era. The earliest coins i.e. Punch Mark, Kuninda, Indo-Greek, Gupta coins; Mughal and coins of Local rulers etc. are on the display.
